Stefan Mosberger joined SIGLO in 2018 as portfolio manager for private debt and alternative credit (PD) mandates and became head of the private debt and alternative credit (PD) centre of competence in 2021. He began his career in 1999 in the institutional advisory division at UBS. He subsequently worked for two other banks in institutional investment advisory roles, where he was especially responsible for derivatives clients and the development of risk management tools. In 2004, he founded his own asset management firm and hedge fund in the area of volatility trading/CTA. From 2009 onwards, as deputy managing director of Avadis Investment Foundation and a specialist in alternative investments, he implemented various investment controlling and client reporting systems for private equity and hedge fund investments. He gained consulting experience as a senior investment consultant at ECOFIN before joining Invesco as a director in institutional business from 2013 to 2018, where he served pension funds, insurance companies and single family offices. Stefan studied business administration with a focus on finance at the University of Zurich and is a federally certified finance and investment expert. He is fluent in German and English.
